General Information

NO professional cameras (still or video); personal cameras acceptable. No Audio or Video recordings.

Only standard point-and-shoot cameras are allowed. Detachable lens must be less than (6) inches long and less than (4) inches in diameter. The overall camera and detachable lens combination cannot exceed (9) inches in overall length.

All other attachments are prohibited including wide angle lenses, lights, microphones, electrical connections, tripods, handles, oversized bags and stands. Moreover, be aware that certain camera features such as shutters and winding gear motors are noisy and may be a disturbance, thus we may ask to curtail use.

Camera policy is subject to change and is determined on an event-by-event basis by tour management. For up-to-date information on the camera policy for the specific event you are attending, please visit the show’s information page a few days before the event.

To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, the University of Oregon adopted a Clear Bag Policy. Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. Access to the McArthur Club and Founders Club is on the North side of the main concourse, behind section 104. Must have proper tickets for admittance.

All commercial activities must have prior written approval from the UO Athletics Department.

The doors and campus parking lots will open sixty minutes prior to the event. Entrances are located on the West, North and East sides of the arena.

Visit one of two Duck Store locations in the main concourse during all University events for your official Duck gear. Cash, credit and debit are accepted. You may also purchase online through Oregon's Official Duck Fan Shop

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Matthew Knight Arena, guests will be given instructions via the public address/captioning systems and/or nearby staff members.

Sanipac Waste & Recycling areas are located in the main concourse and restroom areas. Blue co-mingle recycling containers are located near concessions & may be used for paper, cardboard & plastic bottles.

Guest Services is located at the west end of the main concourse behind Section 119. Services include assistive listening device (ALD) checkout, lost children, lost & found, schedule and arena information.

The center hung Knight Vision boards are the largest (12’8” high and 18’11” high) and highest resolution (6mm) video boards on a scoreboard in an NCAA arena. For information on posting birthday or anniversary messages on Knight Vision, please call the Oregon Athletic Marketing Office at (541) 346-5417. Orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance of the game and are subject to availability.

During an event, lost & found is located at Guest Services at the west end of the main concourse. The first business day after the event, please contact 541-346-8395 to claim items.

A First Aid room is located near the west entrance doors behind Section 117.

Spectators in the arena will be paged over the public address only in situations warranting an emergency. To contact someone in attendance, call the Office of Public Safety at (541) 346-5444.

No alcohol is permitted in the arena except in licensed areas where it may be legally dispensed.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or around Matthew Knight Arena.

Cans, bottles, coolers or other food/beverage containers and their contents are prohibited. Weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, explosives or munitions are also not permitted inside the arena. Bags are subject to search.

Re-entry is not permitted to Matthew Knight Arena.
